About

Aleksander Dabrowski

Founder of ADABRO.AI

Vision, operationalisation, code, adoption — at the same time, not one after the other. That's how AI gets started. I carry all four.

My goal

For teams to spend their time on their real work, not on tasks that could run by themselves — and for the organisation to start innovating. With faster decisions, less time lost on execution, controlled costs and measured ROI.

How I work

  1. I identify, on both the business and technical sides, what can be automated and is ready for innovation. It's quick, but I go deep. I validate the vision and the plan with leadership and the teams.
  2. In parallel, I build the first solutions myself, with the teams: an AI assistant or agent, a dashboard, a tracking tool.
  3. I organise the team and governance around the use-case lifecycle, and I train by co-building: change is led on the ground, AI and data are learned by doing. Then the team carries on without me.

Why me

I understand the technology, the business and the people. A tool is useless if nobody uses it, or if the business can't see the point. A roadmap presented as slides, with no initial prototype, risks being unrealistic.

Core field

Marketing, sales and customer relations — customer insight, CRM, loyalty, anti-churn.

An example

In 3 months at a major telecoms group: 50 people engaged across 5 business functions, 150 workflows listed, a backlog of 100 use cases and the first 2 data and AI cases explored hands-on. Team mobilised, several time-consuming processes sharply reduced, method extended to other entities.

In numbers

10 years of AI & data consulting, 5 years in industry, more than 50 data and AI projects for large groups and startups. Programmes run in more than 10 countries, teams of up to 15 people, 4 languages (FR, EN, PL, RU).

Sectors

Telecoms, banking, insurance, automotive, e-commerce, luxury, web services, home automation.

Tools

SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, AI assistants (RAG, OpenAI API, Claude Code), Make.
